About The Course

The course will be conducted in 10 days. In each day is planned to hold a lecture with a duration of 180 minutes with two breaks of 15 minutes each. It can be followed hybrid (online or on site) according to the listener’s desire.

This course, emphasizes experiential learning, will help candidates to become well-known managers and leaders. It is predicated on the ideas that continual personal knowledge and understanding serves as the foundation for both personal development and the steady development of leadership and management potential.
